These Terms and Conditions apply to every website sale between FutureHealth NZ Ltd and its customers. Purchasing a product from our website indicates the customer agrees to these terms.

Our website services are provided to adults over the age of 18 years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age. Our products include hemp seed oil, skin care range and honey products.

While we endeavour to supply correct information on this website at all times, mistakes, errors or omissions may occur. FutureHealth takes no responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or application of information contained on this site.
Prices shown on the FutureHealth website are listed in New Zealand dollars, and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change or alter any prices at any time for any reason.
FutureHealth will accept full payment only for any online order made within New Zealand. Payment can be made with a Visa or MasterCard via our Paypal payment processor. Customers do not need a paypal account. Customers may also pay via online internet banking direct into our bank account or cash at our next event.

All efforts will be made to fulfill any order placed with FutureHealth; however, we accept no responsibility or liability should we be unable to supply the goods ordered for any reason.

No returns accepted
We do not offer medical or health care advice and as such any information obtained from our website must not be used for diagnostic or treatment purposes. We recommend you seek professional dietetic, medical and health care advice before using FutureHealth products. We do not state nor imply a therapeutic purpose for any of our FutureHealth products as the definition of a therapeutic purpose is given in the Medicines Act 1981.
